Terms and Conditions Ordering You can order direct from our website or by phone or fax. Our phone and fax number is 01702 204578. You have several payment options which can be selected on checkout. These are secure on-line payment via WorldPay, by calling us with payment details or by sending us a cheque, whichever you feel most comfortable with. DIY Wedding Stationery - Free for orders £30 and over, otherwise £2.50 CCA stationery - Free for all orders Collisons stationery - Free for orders £20 and over, otherwise £4.95 Fine Impressions - Free for orders £50 and over, otherwise £4.99 Lantz - Free for Day Invitations and Orders of Service and any stationery/accessories ordered at same time, otherwise £21.00 Illustrated Stationery - Free for orders £30 and over, otherwise £4.25 Favours - Free for orders £30 and over, otherwise £2.50 The above postage costs reflect the costs that we are charged by our printers. For the vast majority of Christmas and Wedding orders, postage is effectively FREE. In order to keep your delivery costs down for Happy Day Cards handcrafted stationery, we suggest you order all your stationery in one go, even if you do not yet know the wordings for some of the stationery (such as Orders of Service, Menus, Place Cards, etc). You can then send us the wording once this has been finalised. Normal delivery timescales are 2-4 weeks (4-6 weeks for handcrafted). Refund Policy You can cancel your order at any point up to when you have confirmed the Wording Proof. Any money paid will be refunded less a 10% charge to cover our time and expenses in processing your order up to that point. Once you have confirmed the Wording Proof, no refund is possible. Refunds will be made through WorldPay to the original card on which the payment was made within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. If you paid by cheque, you will be sent a cheque repayment within 14 days. All proofs should be carefully checked as we cannot be held liable for any errors which occur as a result of incorrect proofs being approved by the customer. In the rare cases where errors are made by ourselves or our suppliers, we will arrange for your stationery to be reprinted free of charge as quickly as possible. Prices All our prices include envelopes as appropriate, personalisation, free proofs, delivery in most cases (see above) and VAT - what you see is what you pay. Just one caveat - every effort is made to display the prices accurately, but on occasionally, mistakes happen. In this instance we will correct the mistake and inform you so that you can decide whether to continue with the order at the correct price. Lowest Price Guarantee We are so confident that we offer the best deal that we are prepared to offer a Lowest Price Guarantee. If within 14 days of placing your order, you find a better price, we will refund 110% of the difference - just call us with the details. Privacy We never divulge any information given to us by yourselves. All our credit card transactions are undertaken by WorldPay on their secure servers run by the Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
